The company was privatized and registered as SC "Elmonta" in September, 1991, and as JSC "Elmonta" in 1993. Quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9002:1995 standard was implemented in 2000, and according to ISO 9001:2000 - in 2003, renewed in 2006.
